Mining leaves drops scattered across your work area. Orbit Gauntlet pulls nearby dropped items toward you, so you can gather them without walking over every stack. It works on resources that are already on the ground.
Gather the loose drops
Hold the gauntlet in your main hand, keep an amethyst shard in your inventory and right-click. The attraction reaches six blocks and lasts six seconds. Stay close to the drops and leave room in your inventory: they still need to reach you for normal pickup.

Before activation: diamonds and emeralds placed on the riverbank for this demonstration. They are ordinary dropped items, not resources produced by the gauntlet.

After one Survival activation, the eight diamonds and eight emeralds are in the hotbar. The player stayed in the same spot; one amethyst shard was spent.
The supplied version attracts all types of dropped items. Use it to tidy up after mining, collect loose building materials or bring scattered drops within reach. It does not distinguish your items from another player's, so agree on its use in shared areas.
Craft the gauntlet
You need one gold ingot, two copper ingots, one amethyst shard and one stick. Arrange them at a crafting table as shown below; the result slot gives you one Orbit Gauntlet.

The recipe in Minecraft's crafting table: gold above the amethyst, copper on either side and a stick below.
Keep extra amethyst for using it. Each Survival activation consumes one shard, with a three-second cooldown between uses. Creative use is free.
If an item stays on the ground
- Move within six blocks and activate again when the cooldown ends.
- Check that you have an amethyst shard available in Survival.
- Make space in your inventory. The gauntlet does not increase stack limits or provide extra storage.
- Check your version if the recipe is missing. This download is a Java Fabric mod, and both the mod and Fabric API must be installed.
Install this version
Download the beta JAR from Files and use Minecraft Java 26.1.2, Fabric Loader 0.19.5, Fabric API 0.155.3+26.1.2 and Java 25. Put the mod and Fabric API in your Minecraft instance's mods folder. Multiplayer requires them on the server and joining clients.
The recipe and the pickup shown here were checked in Minecraft on Windows, in a separate demonstration world. Live multiplayer and other operating systems have not been verified.
Make it yours
Want a tool just for mining? In the constructor, choose Diamond and Raw iron under Resource filter, then build your own version. Leave that filter empty for general cleanup. Reducing the radius from six to three gives you a smaller collection area.
Open Orbit Gauntlet in the constructor to change the settings, or save its editable project to work on it later.
